Plant engineering and construction – the complete solution

We offer the complete solution for different kinds of materials such as wood, waste and metal in the field of plant engineering and construction. Our recycling plants are designed accordingly to the individual needs of our customers - from the development to the commissioning.

Depending on the individual site conditions stationary plants are developed as single machine units or overall concepts. In the first step of fragmentation, the input material is pre-shredded by a HAMMEL-primary shredder. The material can be separated with the help of magnet stations or sorting lines afterwards.

Various secondary shredders and different kinds of screening technology can be connected in series. The single machine units are linked by innovative conveying and discharge technology.

You communicate your needs, we develop the complete solution!

Waste wood processing plant – stationary or mobile

HAMMEL Complete processing plants

Application:

  •  waste wood
  •  construction and demolition wood
  •  pallets
  •  trunks

Units

  •  primary shredder
  •  screening technology
  •  metal separation
  •  secondary shredder

The waste wood processing plant enables energy-saving and extremely efficient further processing of waste wood to a final grain of 40 - 60 mm size. Metallic extraneous materials are removed almost completely by means of an integrated FE and NE separator.

Depending on its composition, the attained grain can be further processed thermally or as secondary raw material for the derived wood products industry.

Metal processing plant

HAMMEL Complete processing plants

Application:

  •  waste car bodies
  •  light metal scrap
  •  mixed scrap
  •  aluminium (profiles & bales)

Units

  •  VB 950 DK
  •  MMS 150 DK
  •  MWA 1000 E
  •  HEM 1250 DK

The mobile scrap processing plant consists of the well-known primary shredder “Red Giant” VB 950 DK, the metal screen MMS 150 DK, the EDDY current separator MWA 1000 E and the fine shredder HEM 1250 DK and enables its user to convert mixed input material into separated final products.

It only takes one step to separate magnetic metals from non-ferrous materials precisely. All units impress by their high performance and the highest possible mobility.
